Mondello Park BTCC circuit guide
Officially opened by Damon Hill in September 1990, the circuit since has been upgraded to include an FIA standard Pit Garage and improved spectator facilities. Just 25 miles from Dublin, the track is popular with locals and tourist alike, many people choosing to take advantage of cheap flights from the UK to combine the race with a holiday. Directions by road From Dublin and the M50: Take the N7 towards the South. Leave the Naas by-pass (M7) at junction 8 (signposted for Newbridge) and turn right at the top of the slip road. At the roundabout take the first exit (signposted for Mondello Park). From the South: Leave the M7 Motorway at junct. 8 (signposted for Naas) and turn left at the top of the slip road. At the roundabout take the first exit (signposted for Mondello Park). From either direction once past the roundabout, take the next right turn and then the next left. Follow the road through a narrow bridge and the village of Caragh. Mondello Park is 1 mile past the village on the left. From the West: Leave the M4 and head into Kilcock. Follow the signposts for Clane. Turn right into Clane village and take the right turn signposted for Prosperous. Turn left at the Maxol station in Prosperous.
