One of the most veratile drivers out there, Phil has combined his BTCC career with historic racing and driver coaching. Comedy highlights include the Channel 4 program Faking It, mentoring an arrogant computer games writer. "How I didn't strangle the pathetic little t**t is beyond me!", was Phil's comment.

2003 BTCC with Team Petronas Syntium Proton, Proton Impian, 14 points, 16th place after a frustrating year which saw Phil struggle with an unreliable car and later get dropped by the team.
