Career highlights: 2004 BTCC with VX Junior racing a Vauxhall Astra Coupe entered by Techspeed. Phenomenal front-row start at the second meeting ruined by mechanical gremlins and getting caught up in the Plato/Keen crash. Points finishes followed, but at Mondello he blamed Huff for punting him off at the first corner. With the budget being eaten up by panel damage, Bentwood elected not to travel to Knockhill. Returned to complete the season collecting 42 points and finishing 13th in the championship. 2003 BTCC with Edenbridge Racing, BMW320i. 3rd in production class with 186 points.
